The Thermomix "Blend" mode is designed for quickly blending ingredients into smooth textures, perfect for making smoothies, soups, sauces, and purees. It operates at high speeds to ensure a consistent, lump-free result, even with tough or fibrous ingredients.

  • Blend mode is perfect for parents in the weaning stage as it makes soups and puree's into a perfect consistency.

  • Start Slow: Begin with a lower speed and gradually increase to avoid splattering, especially with hot liquids.

  • Cool Hot Liquids: Allow hot ingredients to cool slightly before blending to avoid pressure build-up.

  • Use Smaller Batches: For smoother results, blend in smaller quantities, especially with tough ingredients.

  • Use the Measuring Cup: Keep the measuring cup in place while blending to prevent spills and ensure proper consistency.
